I have found some wonderful resources for pulp-action Magipunk. They are generators from Seventh Sanctum http://www.seventhsanctum.com/ They are the Magical Phenomena Generator http://seventhsanctum.com/generate.php?Genname=magicphenomena from which you get such things as the Alchemical Matrix and the Temporal Cancellation Disjunction. Another is the Technomancy generator http://seventhsanctum.com/generate.php?Genname=technomancy which gives you Demonic Astronomy and Spiritual Genetics. Actually, all of Seventh Sanctum is pretty damn useful.
