~I've been reading some Eberron books recently, and they often refer to accents of different nations. This intrigues me a whole bunch. It got me thinking of the various accents of nations. This is what i have so far.
-Karrnath: Russian
-Breland:
-Aundair: French?
-Cyre: Minor irish?
-Zilargo:
-Valenar:
-Thrane:

~As you can see i haven't gotten that far... input por favor!

Usually I don't try to do accents they fall into certain tropes and stereotypes. Sometimes I use different pronouciation of words... People from Breland call themselves Brels, but people from Cyre and Karrnath and eastern Khorvaire tend to call them Brelish, while Thrane, Aundair and points west tend to call them Brelanders.

That kind of thing.

That being said there have been accents that have cropped up during play. Subconsiously I ended up giving people from Stormreach a modified Australian sounding accent... not overly stereotypical, just in the tone. A player once played a warforged from Aundair that took on the persona of a dead friend of his from the war and was distinctly 'French' Point Blank (prounouced Pointe Blanc).

Similarly as a joke when a dwarf I was playing died and I replaced him with a Hex Blade from Karrnath I lead off with a exagerated Russian accent as a joke that everyone loved and anytime I fell out of it the party insisted I keep it up. Became his signature character trait. My fellow players use the accent and quote one liners from him, particularly "Best plan ever."

I have a slighty subtler system for the ACTUAL roleplay I do for my NPCs, but here's what I've imagined the "real world correspondence" always being:

Aundair: British.
Karrnath: Russia.
Breland: Boston.
Cyre: Greece.
Thrane: Italian.
Valenar: Arabic.
Sarlona: Japanese.

Karnath: German
Aundair: French
Sharn: Various accents of New York City

The others nations, cities, and regions don't really make any accents leap to mind. Though I gotta say, some of the accents people are proposing just sound totally wrong to me. Italian for Thrane? It's Spanish if anything. Boston for Breland? Ugh.

This is all just a matter of taste, of course.

The Galifarian kingdoms all have the same language, though possibly different dialects. Still, I wouldn't stretch it beyond anything other than existing English variants, with the more colorful dialectics existing in the countryside whereas in major cities there'd be a more proper "Queen's English" in use.

Other than that, it's a toss-up. The only thing I'm certain about is that Lhazaarites sound slightly like Spaniards--it's the world's best swashbuckling accent.

I wouldn't attempt to assign real-world accents to them: for one thing, they don't really correspond to real-world cultures or geography. If you don't have the wherewithal to develop an accent yourself, I suggest just assigning variations on accents that correspond to your native language. For instance, for English, the prevalent Sharn accent might be best represented as Cockney, while for German a Swiss accent might be best.
