I am running a game and having a bit of dificulty.

What does activating a dragonmark entail?

Does it cause AOOs?
Can it be done by a paralysed player?
Can it be disrupted?

There does not seem to be a lot of information surounding this. If there is could you just point me in the direction to find the answer?

Thanks!

If you're running 3.5 then I would tell you to look for the section on spell-like abilities; if you're running 4E with dragonmarks I would ask you to send me your official 4E dragonmarks so I can use them too!

I'm pretty sure spell-likes, like spells provoke though, but my brain has mostly been purged of 3.5 by now though. The rest is the same as any other spell-like.

Assuming you're playing 3rd, look up Spell-Like abilities in the DMG. All those rules apply to D-Marks, as superdeadsmurf says.

Here's a handy link to the hypertext SRD on Spell Like Abilities, Dragonmarks follow the general rules therein.
