The idea is to have her as the pinnacle encounter of the parties paragon tier story arc (possibly with a few undead minions as attendants). So what do people think, is she too tough, too weak, etc. ? Erandis d'Vol Level 22 Solo Controller Medium natural humanoid (dragon, undead) Initiative +16 Senses Perception +18;darkvision, low-light vision Queen of the Dead aura 10; each undead ally within the aura gains a +2 bonus to all defenses. Any living creature that enters or starts its turn in the aura takes 5 necrotic damage. HP 810; Bloodied 405 Regeneration 10 (If Erandis takes radiant damage, regeneration doesn't function on its next turn) AC 38; Fortitude 34, Reflex 31, Will 34 Immune disease, poison; Resist 16 Necrotic Saving Throws +5 Speed 6, fly 6 (clumsy) Action points 2 Shadow Ray (standard; at-will) Necrotic Ranged 20;+28 vs. Reflex; 3d6 + 8 necrotic Erandis' Phantom Claw (standard; at-will) Necrotic Close blast 5; +28 vs. Reflex; 2d10+8 necrotic and Erandis can push the target 4 squares Breath Weapon (standard; encounter) Poison Close blast 4; +26 vs. Reflex; 2d8 + Constitution poison damage. Thirst of Vol (standard; encounter) Healing, Necrotic Close blast 5; targets living creatures; +26 vs. Reflex; 4d8 + 8 necrotic damage, and Erandis regains 10 hit points for every creature damaged in this manner. Claws of Vengeance (standard; sustain minor; encounter) Necrotic, Zone Area burst 4 within 10; +28 vs. Reflex; 2d10+8 necrotic damage and the target is immobilized (save ends) The burst creates a zone that lasts until the end of Eranddis' next turn. The zone is considered difficult terrain. Any creature that starts its turn within the zone takes 10 necrotic damage. Erandis can sustain or dimiss the zone as a minor action. Fey Step (move; encounter) Teleportation The eladrin fey knight can teleport 5 squares. The Candle Burns Brightest (free; when first bloodied; encounter) Erandis' Thirst of Vol ability recharges, and she uses it. Spellmaster (minor; recharge 5 or 6) The lich regains the use of an expended encounter power. Indestructible When a lich is reduced to 0 hit points, its body and possessions crumble into dust, but it is not destroyed. It reappears (along with its possessions) in 1d10 days within 1 square of its phylactery, unless the phylactery is also found and destroyed. Alignment Unaligned Languages Common, Elven, Draconic Skills Arcana, History, Insight, Religion Str 16 (+3) Dex 21 (+5) Con 24 (+7) Wis 24 (+7) Int 27 (+8) Cha 21 (+5) Tactics: Pop and sustain the zone, use flight to evade and use phantom claw to herd pc's into zone. |

Here are a few thoughts: -If you're statting her as a solo, it's a good idea to give her more than just standard actions. It keeps thing varied, and players on their toes, if she has some way to act outside her own turn. Immediate or free actions are great for solos, and though you have The Candle Burns Brightest, there could be more. Perhaps make one of her weaker standard actions into a minor. -On Thirst of Vol...I don't think healing powers are a good idea for solos. They already have enough hp, and excessive healing leads to more grind later on in the fight. I'd say drop it in favour of a status effect (maybe dazed or weakened). -Why does she have fey step? She isn't an eladrin, she's half-elf. I'd refluff that, and maybe make it an immediate action that triggers when people step next to her (or something along those lines). -Just a minor note, but you're supposed to include the 1/2 level bonus in the ability modifiers in brackets after each score. So Str 16 (+14) for example.
