Just a question [Basically about the terms used in] about the Powers granted by the Path.

Can the character use the power [Imitating strike] with it's own implement, if the power is an implement attack?

The reason I am confused is the line "As if it were your paragon path attack [Daily or encounter]power." Does that mean I can use my implements for it as in the PHB 2 [Page 18] "If your racial paragon path includes powers that use the implement keyword you can use your class' implements as well as implements you can use because of a feat, with those powers."

Basically, am I reading the power as "Choose a power, and it becomes this path's power for the day?"

Thanks.

You have the right of it.

It becomes your Chameleon power, which is a racial paragon path, which lets you use any implement you can normally use with it.
