Ok, I know I'm filling in the blanks on this one, so it's not an explicit confirmation, but this quote from the latest Design and Development is particularly interesting:

"Some races need more tweaking than others. If we ever get around to doing a version of the kobold as a PC race, we'll probably change shifty pretty significantly. You'll see more examples of how a PC race is not always the same as a monster race in the Eberron Player's Guide this summer."

So that confirms we'll see at least 2 races from the MM in the EPG. Warforged is probably one of them, and shifters are in the PHB2, so this seems like confirmation that doppelgangers are included. It could be hobgoblins, goblins or orcs, but I'd put my money on changelings reappearing.

I wonder where we'll see Kalashtar?

Maybe they'll appear in a web article, or in the PHB3 alongside Psionic classes. Though the race is so tied to the setting, I don't know if it'd work well in a general book.

I saw this great little web site that had stats for the PC's looking to play Kalashtar... now where was it? ;)

Try http://www.dragon-above.com/index.php?p=features/kalashtar

The OP; ieattrollsforbreakfast runs a quiant little web page which appears in his signature line. It is a great resource for GMs & Players alike unwilling to wait for 4E Eberron to come out.

Given what they said in that article, changelings seem like a sure bet. Keith Baker actually mentioned in one of his blog posts that he allows changeling players to pick different stat mods in his game (swapping +Int for +Dex, I believe) since it fits his vision of changelings better, so something along those lines might be what we get.
