Converting Hollywood Blockbusters for Eberron

I've got a 4ed campaign going, there's lots of players, but not all show up each time, so I decided not to make a tight plot to the campaign and instead borrow from this summer's blockbusters.

If anyone has ideas to convert the below movies to a one-or-two session adventure, you get a cookie. FYI, we're 1st level and mostly teenagers.

Iron Man
Speed Racer
Prince Caspian
Indiana Jones
Incredible Hulk
Get Smart
Wall-E
Hancock
Batman: The Dark Knight
X-Files
Hellboy II: The Golden Army

May 12, 2008 21:15:36 Speed racer could be that Race of the Winds in Sharn. Don't know much else about the movie, since I have no plans to see it.

For Iron man, you could let loose some high-powered Warforged Titan into the world just like the villain in the movie. Maybe the titan is under the control of a cell of unknown terrorists (make a new organization in the world) who obtained their weapons from a trusted friend of the PC's. Let's say the Church of the Silver Flame just for fun (cause they make great villains in my games.) The PC's are employed by a Cardinal of the Flame to escort a shipment out to the terrorist, unbeknownst to the PC's that the Cardinal has been supplying the terrorists with weapons. The Cardinal discovers the Titan through the means of the PC's, and destroys the terrorists to make the titan his own (unleashing it on some country or group that his motives are against.) While they were there before PC's would discover the weapons the terrorists stockpiled, and are captured and have to fight their way out. While fighting their way out, they discover their ally the Cardinal stabbing them in the back so to speak as the Cardinal steals the Titan.

May 14, 2008 14:02:55 I like the thought of iron man, but what I was thinking was makeing a d20 IM suit, from diffrent pieces of magic items that can be changed out to have differnt effects(makeing ref to the diffrent armors from the late 90's tv show, hydro, samuri, inferno, drill, space, stealth armore, etc.) a lvl's of effects, 9 for a better ex. (play the ps2 and ps3 vers of the game to see what I mean) an to also have the man be a member of the house of cannith by the name of Anthoney D' Cannith an artificer that was captured an had to go thought the same thing as Tony Stark did.

I would use the vampire that turned antagonist in Whisper of the Vampire's Blade in to the head of a secret underground organization in Sharn called Chaos and work from there. Heck I would probably make Max a halfling or gnome and give him a warforged partner with a female personality named 99.
