Daanvi Manifest Zones

I've searched through a good number of the Eberron sourcebooks, but I cannot find any references to any Daanvi (the Perfect Order) manifest zones.

1) Did I miss one somewhere?

2) Any suggestions for a good location to place one? I was thinking perhaps somewhere in Thrane (where law and good are ascendant).

May 14, 2008 13:47:09 I can't remember ever seeing one in any of the source books, but I'd personally put one in Droaam in the domain of the ogre-mage Tzaryan Rrac. I see him as bringing order to the chaos of Droaam with a brutal totalitarian reign.

May 14, 2008 13:49:56 I have placed a manifest zone to Daanvi within the Library of Koranberg. This connects the Korranberg collections to the infinite and labyrinthine Library of Daanvi (something of my own invention).

While I can see a manifest zone to Daanvi in Thrane (or anywhere really), if you want to emphasisze the whole lawfull good thing then I would imagine that Syrannia would be the better choice as Daanvi is in no way "good", only rational and orderly.

May 16, 2008 15:59:57 Perhaps something interesting would be a secret Cannith East workshop in Karrnath that is built in a Daanvi manifest zone. The head magewright has always been fascinated by mechanical timepieces, and now based on some research that is suspected to have been copied from some of Aaren's old notes he has created a modron...

(I guess the only question is whether modrons were existed as living in Daanvi already, but I do not recall if it says that in the ECS.)

May 19, 2008 15:40:18 Modrons aren't in any "official" 3.0 or 3.5 supplement... you can find fan-made stats on the Planewalker website.

I basically need a Daanvi manifest zone for my group to "easily" summon an Inevitable, or to travel to Daanvi. I started leaning towards Thronehold, given the place's mystique and how its a kind of holdover from the laws of the old country, neutral to the war at large.

However, skimming the Throneport description kind of negates that image. Now its a dive of intrigue and constant wrangling.

May 19, 2008 18:45:23 I've never read of an official manifest zone, but I like the idea of placing them in the wilderness, bringing order to the natural chaos.
A good hook might be overhearing a farmer in a tavern swearing that his crops keep growing in perfect grids, or that the animals always stand facing due north.
