Umbragen aren't really dark elves. They're like a subrace of dark elves. The Giants of Xen'drik talks a little bit about a particular tribe of drow, but not much.

What you really want is Secrets of Xen'drik and City of Stormreach.

Those, too, although I personally hate having to read through a story to glean setting information. I prefer a more direct presentation. For what it's worth, I did enjoy reading those books a lot.
