So I decided to take a shot recreating the Destiny Arms in 4e, which can originally be found in Secrets of Sarlona. Here's what I have so far:

Glaive of Darkest Depths          Level 18+

Lvl 18 +4          85,000 gp
Lvl 23 +5        425,000 gp
Lvl 28 +6     2,125,000 gp

Weapon: Polearm
Enhancement: Attack and damage rolls
Critical: Ongoing 10 necrotic damage (Save Ends)
Level 23 and 28: Ongoing 20 necrotic damage (Save Ends)
Property: this weapon scores critical hits on 19 or 20.

Power (Daily): Free action. You may perform the Planar Portal Ritual as if you had the Ritual Caster feat. All aspects of the ritual remain unchanged except you do not need to spend any components to use this ritual.

Maul of Glacial Heights          Level 17+

Lvl 17 +4          65,000 gp
Lvl 22 +5        325,000 gp
Lvl 27 +6     1,625,000 gp

Weapon: Hammer
Enhancement: Attack and damage rolls
Critical: +1d6 cold damage per plus
Property: Your melee attacks do +1d10 cold damage on a charge. On a critical you do +1d6 cold damage per plus instead of +1d6 cold damage per plus on a charge

Power (Daily): Free action. You may perform the Feat of Strength Ritual as if you had the Ritual Caster feat. All aspects of the ritual remain unchanged except you do not need to spend any components to use this ritual.

Spear of Desert Winds          Level 19+

Lvl 19 +4        105,000 gp
Lvl 24 +5        525,000 gp
Lvl 29 +6     2,625,000 gp

Weapon: Spear
Enhancement: Attack and damage rolls
Critical: +1d8 Radiant damage per plus
Power (Daily ♦ Radiant): Free Action. Use this power when you hit with the weapon. Push the target 5 squares, and the target and each creature adjacent to the target takes 2d8 Radiant damage.
Level 24 or 29: Push 10, 3d8 Radiant damage.

Power (Daily): Free action. You may perform the Adjure Ritual as if you had the Ritual Caster feat. All aspects of the ritual remain unchanged except you do not need to spend any components to use this ritual.

I also plan on having them function as a group set item, as found in AV2. Comments and/or critiques are welcome.

Goody goody I've been waiting to see some 4e conversions of the Destiny Arms. In my old game a member of my party was "destined" to locate and wield the Staff of Magma Falls. I'm now pondering on how to convert it to 4e. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah both the Staff of Magma Falls and the Spear of Desert Winds are a bit harder to convert than the other two. I'll try have some more posted by tomorrow, either more weapons or their set benefits.
