| #1Duke5150Nov 08, 2009 16:48:35 | 1. Where are the "Dark Pack" werewolves located? It says in the south, but where? 2. I'v been unable to find offical info so far on The Fallen Demesne and the Watching Wood. What offical info is there on those locations? What can you tell me, who lives there, whats important to know about those locations? 3. If its known, where is the "lost"? The changeling settlement in droaam? If its not known, whats a good guess? 4. On the map of Khorvaire, there is a ruin near the graywall mountains, inbetween Graywall city and Shaarat Kol. This ruin has no name. Any info on this, or is it an open area for the DM's to use? 5. On the map of Khorvaire, there is a ruin near the Fallen Demesne. Any info on this, or is it an open area for the DM's to use?
Thanks for any and all replies. |

Its existence is a legend, and it's up to you as DM to decide if it exists at all, and if so where. It's even possible that there are multiple Losts spread across the nation that take turns being the doppelganger village, otherwise shifting to appear as villages of orcs, gnolls, or other creatures. If you've seen The Complete Guide To Doppelgangers (3E, Goodman Games, written by a certain Keith Baker), Lost would be an excellent candidate for a doppelstadt.

I found no official information on them (or the Fallen Demesne, or the Watching Wood), but I play those location markers as discovered but unexplored Dhakaani ruins. The name Shaarat Kol sounds Dhakaani, Graywall is built on the ruins of a Dhakaani settlement, and Six Kings is part of the Graywall mountains as well. It seems logical that the goblins with their penchant for delved settlements opposed to raised settlements would stick close to the mountains where possible. Taken together, it doesn't seem unreasonable to me to assume those markers are ruins. |
