Maztica has Eagle and Jaguar Knights (or did before being eliminated in 4E).  In 3.5 they were made as prestige classes in Dragon #315.  Has anyone ever considered where to use the Eagle Knights in Eberron?  Here is short description of what I was thinking of doing for a character: A Silver Flame missionary went to Xendric. He convinced some drow to follow the Silver Flame. They ended up developing the unusual abilities of the eagle knight. One was asked to come back to the mainland to show other members of the Silver Flame. Some are not happy. They feel the eagle knight practice is some lycanthrope/shifter heritage. However, the stranger has been getting a lot of good press in the paper so they can't just get rid of him.
