#1 i_was_like_you Dec 04, 2009 5:34:38	As living constructs, Warforged can be raised or resurrected, can they also be Reincarnated (to or from)?  Since they can be raised and resurrected, can reincarnation pop a dead Warforged into a new body? Can a dead creature that is being reincarnated return as a Warforged? [In the campaign I'm playing a Warforged Scout in, our answer is yes, but conditionally. If a Warforged body were created but not yet animated (or the originally personality removed as through a removed Circlet of Preservation), then a character being reincarnated might awaken in a vacant Warforged Body. In the case of my Scout, he believes that he was a reincarnated Gnome and has been adventuring with a pair of Gnome Sorceresses.] Can a Warforged Favored Soul sprout wings? Sure there is the Winged Cape from Races of Eberron, but 17 levels in Favored Soul is hardly a shortcut to finding one.

I still hold that a Warforged is appropriate as that DM choice, but the new Eberron weighted reincarnation table and the effects of reincarnate on those with Dragonmarks is well worth the link. As the group that I'm DMing for has no healer (aside from my NPC warforged druid variant metal master), I have a feeling that reincarnate will come into play quite a bit. Going to have to start asking party members a variant on a line from Fight Club before they can join. "1,000gp personal reincarnation money?"
