I really don't know where this belongs, but I have a 3D comic idea with Eberron I'd like to explore.  It centers around a Kalashtar who receives a telepathic message from his brother, Lanharath.  Lanharath, an Atavist, sends it to this artist Kalashtar who just wants to make the world better with his art.  However, troubles begin for the artist as his art starts coming to life after the Communique!

Characters:

STORY DRIVERS

Harharath (m Kalashtar psion, role: Protagonist)  -- A young Kalashtar of the line of Harath, youngest brother to Lanharath. Considered too weak to be a soulknife/battlemind because he was a sickly child, Lanharath saved his life from a flowing river.  The boy promised that someday, he will prepay the favor.  He grew up as an artist, hoping to change the world, and by extension Dal Quor, through his art.  His trouble started when he created something "out of thin air" to protect himself from goblin bullies.  He tells everyone to call him "Haran."

Lanyare (f Valanar Elf psion, Role: Complex Character) -- Elven Shaper from the Valenar Elves.  She takes it upon herself to train Harharath in the subtleties of SHAPING psionically after seeing how weak his constructs are.  She's partly teacher, partly drill sargeant.

Glib (sexless Thousand Eyes Changeling, Role: Complex Character) -- Glib has been sent by the Thousand Eyes to prevent Harharath from completing his mission.  The trouble is, she kinda -- gets in the way of everything.  Glib is a wizard specializing in the subtleties of self transformation.  She joins the group, unknowing that Harharath her target.  She is also has a bit of the theif and rogue built into her and seems to be a natural spy.  Glib is also a bit of a natural femme fatale, as she usually takes the form of a woman with a lot of sex appeal.

Eberron (CHAOS monsters, Antagonist) -- The world is a dangerous place, and Khorvaire has been nearly wiped clean by the Last War. Monsters and dangers populate the land -- from simple animals to dangerous criminals and political figures with an Agenda.

Story Passengers

Talun-Karku (m Orc Fighter/psion, Complex) -- Talun-Karku is emotional, he feels bouts of rage.  Although he controls his emotions through tight discipline, he channels his emotions subtly, into his Psychometabolic prowess.  He joins the group to teach Harharath the way of the sword so he can at least handle a fight.  Talun-Karku has all the self control of a martial artist, but still feels emotions.  He likes to drink hot tea, study Zen, and paint, despite having freakish muscles.

Zorel d'Cannith (f. Half Elf Artificer, Complex) -- Wise in the ways of science, a complete clutz, and she follows Haran anywhere after he ~ sort of ~ saves her from goblin bullies.  The child between the mating of a elf who was a minor member of House Phairlan and a noble in House Cannith, Zorel carries the lesser mark of Making on her right breast.  She likes to wear short shorts and is small and puny compared to Talun-Karku's mesomorphic body.

I'll make up some minor characters later.

Sounds like an entertaining cast. A Valenar psion seems like an interesting idea to explore, and I like Glib as a changeling name. I'm curious, though: you say that the Thousand Eyes sends Glib to interfere with Harhareth's mission. What's his mission, that a) they take such notice and b) they don't just want him killed? Personally, I'd be more inclined to say that they WANT him to complete his mission - but in a specific manner, or making a key choice at the end. So it's not that Glib is an unreliable agent who just isn't doing his/her job very well, but that his/her job is subtle and long-term; Glib truly does want to help Harhareth succeed to a point.
