I'm introducing some players to eberron and I am trying to explain to them the plethora of options that exist in the world. I was wondering if there was a quick guide to eberron or something like that. I don't want to make them buy the player's guide just so that they can decide wether or not they like it. But I want them to see most of the options so they don't miss out on something that will catch their imagination.

Here's one from the 3.5 days:
homepage.ntlworld.com/m.blunden/dnd/eber...

The crunch is outdated but most of the fluff is still good.

I made one for my players, no crunch pure fluff; I also showed them the important crunch stuff from the Player's Guide (Classes, Races, feats etc.).
Mine has a few errors here and there, but mostly it serves it's purpose well, I have a printed copy on the table for quick reference by me or my players.

Thing is I don't know where to host it, it's a 5.5MB pdf file.

Edit: Old host is back you can find it at www.fuber.org/jake/is_a_bastard/eberron_...

Is this based on 3.5 or 4E? I know most of the fluf is all the same but just curiouse.

Thanks

It's 4E, that's why I styled it after a 4E book as I hoped that was something my players might be familiar with.

Thanks everyone, good to see the guide getting use again. I'll hopefully upload an updated version tomorrow, so if you could all give me a list of errors that's be great.

Current Error list:

Breland's ruler
Karrnath at a glance block
Please expand upon this list.

Lhazzar is mispelled, I think.

You got the ruler of Aundair wrong too (likely just a misspelling though)
You have Amala instead of Aurala.  This error is promulgated through Karrnath and Breland too - Should have Kaius III and Borenel.
Aundair's theme should be "Swashbuckling and Arcane Magic"
Breland's Theme should be something to the effect of "Individualism and Adventure"
Sharn's Should be something like: "Vertical Urban adventure and intrigue"
Karrnath's themes should probably be "Military and Necromancy"
Thrane is missing an E in its heading.
Thrane should likely have the basic nominal head of state/ruler in the entry in the person of Jaela the Keeper of the Flame, then the note about the de facto power and deposed Queen in the politics section.
The section on Audair should mention something about the fine swordspersons of the land, and possibly the Knights Arcane, and the school of Arcanix.
The section on Breland where "Farmers have easy lives" is only true close to the cities.  Those trying to make it near Darguun or Droaam would heartily disagree!  And calling New Cyre a city is stretching it a little, it is a large town at best.
The karnnath section trails off to nowhere... I would replace that last sentence to be something to the effect of "The country is in a state of marital law, and Kaius maintains rule with the tenuous assent of noble warlords, many of whom wish to see the last war restarted.  The common people of land are most commonly worshipers of the power within and follow the religion of the Blood of Vol, but worshipers of the sovereign host aren't rare."  Adding a sentence or two about the Twelve is a good idea too.
I would excise the section on corrupt priests in the Thranish section.

well that's just the 5 nations... but there you go.

Edit:
The next section seems pretty good, expect there seems to be a copy/paste error for the Talenta Plains!
Valenar: The elves of the Vales Tairn came from Aernal, they weren't "Valenar Elves" yet.
Zilargo should have something about how strangely plentiful and orderly the country is, the imply something different about the Gnomes that live there (and then how rutheless the Trust is will make sense.)
There is an Extra space "I f" in the Argonessen section
The Sarlona section should likely be edited greatly - I would lean towards something like "The great continent of Sarlona is the orginal home of Humanity and has a long history of strife and war.  This all ended centuries ago when the Inspired appeared and brought peace and prosperity to the land, uniting as the country of Rierdra.  The rebellious mountain nation of Adar has fought against the Inspired led by a race called the Kalashtar." - This I believe reflects "common knowledge" of the continent better than what you have.

The Phiarlan and Thuranni entries should note that The Espionage and Assasination aspects of the houses are NOT publicly known.   Also add Illusion to their schticks.
Vadalis: You have Breading not Breeding

The planes: The names are davani the Perfect Order, Mabar; and finally instead of saying "All that is known is that it is the Realm of madness" I would have "it is a realm of otherworldly madness" and possibly even something like "otherworldly structure" or something, since we already know that that it is a realm of madness from the heading.
