| #1twetzelAug 23, 2013 13:51:05 | I have worked up some ideas for the Eberron Races. I am not sure if I should post this here or in the playtest area. Will try here first. Let me know what you think. Warforged GENERAL STATS: Alignment: tend toward Lawful and Neutral Languages: Common TRAITS: Ability Score Adjustment: Your starting Constitution score increases by 1. Size: Medium Speed: 30 ft Vision: normal Living Construct: You do not need to eat, drink, breathe, or sleep. You never make checks to resist the effect of starvation, thirst or starvation. All other conditions and effects affect you normally. Unsleeping Watcher: You do not sleep and instead enter a state of inactivity for 4 hours to gain the benefits of an extended rest. You are fully aware of your surroundings and notice events as normal. Warforged Body: Advantage to saving throws vs. poison and disease. Resistance to poison. RACIAL/BODY CHOICE: Heavy Plating (plate mail) Speed: -5 ft Stealth: Disadvantage
Medium Plating (Scale Mail) Stealth: Disadvantage
Composite Plating
Kalashtar GENERAL STATS: Alignment: Lean toward Lawful and Good Languages: Common, Quori TRAITS: Ability Score Adjustment: +1 Wisdom Size: Medium Speed: 30 ft. Vision: Normal. Dual Spirits: You have advantage on saving throws against enchantment spells and effects. Shielded Mind: You have resistance to psychic damage. Diplomatic: You have advantage on Charisma checks involving social interactions. Mindlink: You can communicate telepathically with any willing creature within 30 ft. with an Intelligence of 3 or greater. Changeling GENERAL STATS: Alignment: tend toward Chaotic Languages: Common, +1 Language of your choice TRAITS: Ability Score Adjustment: Choose any ability score to increase by 1. Size: Medium Speed: 30 ft Vision: Low-light Slippery Mind: You have advantage on saves vs. sleep and charm effects. Deceptive: You have advantage on ability checks that involve deception. (Bluff, Insight, Intimidate, Sense Motive). You have advantage on saves vs. Illusions. Change Shape: You can change your features to look like any standard race of medium build. This is great news concerning the possibility of Eberron support! |
