Subraces, except for drow and deurgar which aren't really subraces, don't exist in Eberron, but that doesn't mean you can't add them yourself.

If all else fails, you can put your wood/wild/plain/tundra/magma/sewer/bureau elves in Xen'drik as remenants of the magically engineered slave populations of the giants.

Subraces are specifically mentioned in Eberron. I think it was Dragonmarked. It said that only the common race, such as the high elf, could manifest a dragonmark.

Well, there's some exception in the Player's Guide, but that's more like a suggestion in a sidebar than canon. The point is, it's possible, but not assumed.

Since FR no longer has elven subraces, I doubt Eberron will have them either. FR has some feats; two for eladrin, two for elves, each of which prohibits you from taking the other one. I figure, there'll be one or two Valenar feats that prohibit you from taking Aerenal feats, and vice versa.

You cannot take a Those feats are based on region of origin. On can onely take one to begin with.

Just to be sure I am talking 3.5 here.
I know that the Subraces exist, The books I have read Say so. I just want to know if there is anywhere they live specifically.

No.

As others have said, aside from the drow, no elf subrace has been given any significant mention aside from the sidebar in PGtE. It is the nature of Eberron that it's easy to FIND a place for things that you want to add; you could easily put a tribe of wild elves in the jungles of Xen'drik, clashing with the Vulkoori drow, or posit mystical manipulation by the giants in ages past. But aside from the PGtE sidebars - which are intended to help people who want to add these things to a campaign - no sourcebook has made use of them. The elves of the Aereni and Tairnadal (Valenar) cultures are physiologically identical.
