Exactly how rare is each type of Dragonshard? What is the average amount they are sold for?

Aug 31, 2010 14:23:01 I am a new DM, and very new to Ebberon. I've trying to find some more information on Dragonshards. Is there any book or other resource that tells exactly how rare each type of Dragonshard is? What is the average amount they are bought and sold for? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I know I've seen charts for how much they can fetch in 3.5 books (Explorer's Guide, perhaps? Don't quote me on it. Might even be in the old ECS), but TMK, there is no such in 4e.

Why? I can't think of any real reason you would need to know, unless you are awarding them as treasure.
