Title says it all.  I'll go first.

Shamus - Bravura Warlord

Fought for the army of Breland.  Was not the best fighter in the world.  In fact he wasn't that great at all and would always be getting hurt, but his grit and determination would inspire his allies to fight harder.  He is covered in scars and knows the place and person that gave each one to him.  Always the risk taker Shamus would gladly take a hit if it ment it would give a friend the opening he would need.

That we've played, that we've imagined, or that we've gamed with?

Played: OGI 2-7-997. Warforged Fighter, created after the Treaty of Thronehold by Merrix for mysterious reasons.   An interesting way to explore friendship.

Imagined: Medani Inquisitive who, in an homage to Zed Arthen of the Heirs of Ash trilogy, wears a leather overcoat and smokes "Black Pit Blend," the worst tobacco in Khorvaire, to quit smoking (it hasn't worked).

Gamed with: Tie between Kailara d'Lyrander, a Shaman who owned an Airship, the Air Elemental of which was her spirit companion (one that could splinter off to be her spirit companion, and that she described as being somewhat cat-like in terms of getting into mischief), and Graven, Warforged artificer with a Crafter homonculi (when he created the homonculi, he gave it two bars of iron; one to craft into something Graven wanted, and the other to craft into whatever the homonculi wanted to. I asked everybody to write down a suggestion on an index card and submit it, and the winner was a clockwork T-Rex that shot sparks out of its mouth).

Bishop Miriam Faraj- human cleric of the Silver Flame- served as attendent to Jaela Daran before embarking on her current adventures (she started with the group at lvl 8).  She travels with a group of adventurers who have been drawn into the plots of the Lords of Dust to release an Overlord.  She is a student of the Draconic Prophecy and is gripped by fear of what she sees as portends of the release of a great evil akin to Bel Shalor.  The group seeks to gather 13 powerful dragonshards that are 'keys' to the prison of an Overlord.  They have 5 in their possession, and have reason to believe that 3 have already been 'turned.'  Miriam is kind hearted and devoted to the Voice of the Flame, regardless of the corruption that she sees in the Church.  But she will do anything to keep the Lords of Dust from completeing their terrible plans.

Grave:  4 year old Warforged Barbarian.  Fascinated by death, because he can't (or, at least, nothing has killed him yet) die.  Wanders around Khorvaire, trying to understand the meaning and significance of death.

Rovias Onyxhoof Finder of the Ashen Crown and Head of the Thunderhoof Adventurers Guild

He is a minotaur runepriest and Droaam loyalist, currently adventuring with his faithful servant Goeban, colleages Squigly the goblin bard, Cuggle the Young; a lightning sorcerer, and Vorgrin the drow paladin.  Currently they are based out of Graywall working to finish a mission as payment to the Church of the Dark Six.  Rovias is both stubborn and smart and uses everything he can to his advantage as he and his party adventure.  His main goals are to gain prestige and wealth by travelling and has started a small adventurer's guild in the Kennels at Graywall.  When he was younger he was plauged by dreams and nightmares of battle and triumph and strange markings.  He discovered the power of the runes while on a mission in Xen'drick and seeks to advance his knowledge of them.  Lately the dreams have started to come back and a strange mark (the mark of warding) has started to from on his forearm.  HIs plans advance slowly but steadily and he knows one day whe wil sit upon a throne as a warlord of Droaam.

Manx D'Cannith

Artificer (3.5)

Background:  A promising young alchemist, Manx d'Cannith developed a dragonmark during a lab accident that also cost him the use of one eye.  The wound made him bitter and angry, and he vented his frustration by becoming a raucous, dangerous drunk in Sharn's seediest taverns.  After one disgrace too many wound up on the front page of the Inquisitive's Society section, he was sent to a backwater community to take over their local Tinker's Guild.  He soon met a handful of equally-disgruntled thrill-seekers, who became quick drinking buddies as well as a source of inspiration for new magical concoctions.

Description: Manx is approaching thirty, with grey wingtips accenting his black hair.  He has a reedy, thin build and slender fingers that can dart in and out of potion bottles and ingredient jars with lightning speed.  He wears a jeweled eyepatch over his empty left eye socket; the black leather cover has the symbol of his house embossed in jade, which Manx has also enchanted to compensate for the loss of his real eye.

Always the one I am playing at the moment ;)

Which right now is:
Heandryth Shoal d'Phiarlann
Eladrin fighter/rogue speardancer and master spy (4E)

Background: Raised by the Shoal family in Wroat. He does not know his real parents, or even why as a baby he was dropped at Shoal's door. All he know is that he his parents lived in the spire in Cyre, and that they asked his adoption parents to raise him as one of their own. He has mixed feelings about it. On the one hand curious about his heritage, on the other afraid of what he might learn. What afterall would cause a parent to abandon their child? He suspects the Shoal know more, but loyalty and fear prevent him from pressing the issue. His childhood was otherwise happy. At a later age he got a more formal training at the Shadow Circus, and after an unfortunate incident with a Karnathi noble the Desmee of Shadow and the Desmee of Movement, excelling at the later. He was planning to travel to the feyspire in Cyre at the time of Mourning, but was right at the border when it happened. He is not likely to forget what he saw. Since that time he spend most of his time working for the family in Sharn until he followed the trail of a corrupt Deneith official to Thronehold were he got caught up with a group of fellow dragonmarked house agents which eventually formed a group of troubleshooters in the service of the Twelve. His companions know him as a somewhat paranoid, brave, and loyal friend with a nack for speed, manouverability and technical devices.

Description: Tall and slender with long black hair and a pale complexion. He usually wears lenses to hide the fact that he is an eladrin, taking on the appearance of an elf. His clothes are practical and he has a tendency to blend in with the crowd. A simple command word instantly turns his appearance in that of a fierce warrior with dark tinted scale mail and an impressive greatspear of obvious Dhakaani origin, a gift from the Word Bearers for services rendered.
