I was reading about this artifact in the 'Word of Traitors'-excerpt and got to thinking about the relics of the Dhakaani empire. I remember Ghaal'Duur from the Eberron Campaign Setting (3.5) but I am sure there are others. What are they, are they written out with stats, and have any of them been converted to 4.0?
I would love to use some of these in my campaign and have the players involved in the future of Darguun.
The 4E adventure of Eberron (Ashen Crown) is all about a Dhakaani artifact and Dhakaani history.
well, even within the same books we'd have:
- aram, the sword of heroes.
- the reliquary of duural rhuvet (the one dagii is carrying)
- witness (the dagger of chetiin) seems like a reliquary even though it's a more "normal" weapon.
oh, and the ashen crown is an elven artifact, captured by dhakaan. 
Additional artifacts are are:
"Hillcrusher" from The Forge of War. Its a heavy flail that was created by drow and went through Valenar, Dhakaani and finally Cyran hands which each of them thinking that it was created by their ancestors.
"Skai Shaarat" from Players guide to Eberron. It is a mighty greatsword in the possession of Ruus Dhakaan, the chieftain of the the Kech Shaarat.
Also check the Explorers Handbook page 155ff for additional Dhakaani relics.

And heavily modified by the goblins ;) Besides, it is an adventure that touches heavily upon Dhakaani history and historic sites as such it is great for anybody who wants to run a Dhakaani/goblin focussed campaign regardless the origin of the the artifact.
Thanks for the heads up. I will be re-reading a lot of the sourceboks now. I think I'm going to the the Ashen Crown adventure now. I initially skipped it because I haven't been so impressed with the published adventures and I generally like to make my own, but this seems worth it.

Nah, Witness is a Keeper's Fang dagger, which is described in either the 3.5 Player's Guide or Faiths of Eberron.
Also mentioned in the Legacy of Dhakaan books alongside Aram and Guulen was Muut (or "Duty") also called the Shield of Nobles. Though only mentioned in passing and said to have been broken apart (and lost?) during the fall of the Dhakaani Empire (though I forget whether it was during the Daelkyr War or the Desperate Times that followed), one might make several adventures out of tracking down Muut's fragments and reforging the Shield of Nobles, for any number of reasons and for any number of patrons.

witness is said by chetiin to be a "treasure of his clan" - so even though there are other daggers like that, i kinda believe that it has more abilities, else it would probably not be so treasured that only the most trusted ones would ever be allowed to carry that one blade.
