Anyone have any experiences, positive or negative, running this in Eberron?

Nope, looks like it could be fun though.
I didn't read the adventure itself, just the description, but "evil trapped in a mountain warping everything around it" sounds like a bound rak.. raksha... er... bound demon who'd prison is weakening, and could break free soon.

yes that could work we just change thors- canjent... tjorcha... er the bound demon prince into a VERY weakened Rakasha Raja, and we might have to change iggwilv

Well, they've been bound for millenia.
Its like taking a great warrior, getting them totally drunk until they pass out, then waking them up in the morning. They're not going to be out kicking ass when they're not even entirely sure they're awake yet, it'll take them a little while to come around and realize its time to get up.

Could do the same thing here. They are so groggy after their long imprisonment that they're very, very weak. If they get loose, its bad. But if the PCs can get there fast enough, it won't have time to regain it's full power and they could still stand a chance.

in this case it is a given that the PCs can get there fast enough. they are the one who would release it.
