I plan on starting to run Khyber's Harvest, which includes some magic items and an artifact that are not available in the standard, updated character builder. How long can I expect to wait for this to me addressed, or do I have to go in and create my own cards and such? I hope someone has an answer, but I might still be disappointed to hear if it will be the standard '2 months later' answer.

I'm not totally sure if they'll *remember* to put the stuff in a free adventure in next month, though. You should probably post a note about this in the Character Builder Feedback forums. There seems to be a pretty clear line of communication to the Devs there.
