Whenever you use a healing power on an ally or use Heal to allow an ally to spend his or her second wind, that ally can also make a saving throw.

Does this break down as
Whenever you [use a healing power on an ally] or [use Heal to allow an ally to spend his or her second wind,] that ally can also make a saving throw

or

Whenever you [use a healing power on an ally or use Heal] to allow an ally to spend his or her second wind, that ally can also make a saving throw.

Nov 30, 2009 22:45:37 When I first read the feat I understood it to be as your second example. Now having read your question I'm not sure.

I like your first version better, and unless we get a "offical" answer I think Ill run it like that.

Yeah, it's somewhat ambiguous, but the 2nd example might almost never come up. How many powers are there that allow someone to spend their 2nd wind?

Come on, Keith, I know you hang around on the forums, and I'd love your verdict on the issue.

Dec 03, 2009 0:59:10 I play it using your first interpretation. It is a feat that enhances healing powers... but if you don't have healing powers, you can still get some use out of it with the Heal skill.
