What kind of monsters and encounters (aside from that in the Eberron Campaign Guide) i should use in the mourlands?(preference to monsters already created and in the compendium) What kind of skills challenges i should use too?

List of Resources is a great place to go for all things Eberron. It is stickied in this section.

In it you will find 1001 Mournland Horrors amongst other things.

A trick with the Mournland is to not necessarily use new creatures and/or stats, but to flavor the encounters very differently.

Thanks for the help. In the last adventure i used 2 living spell i made with the monster builder and a rebuild Purple Worm. Now, the heroes are in the old city of Eston and im gonna use a lot of undeads, warforged and beasts.

You could also throw in a few elementals that might of broken free and are now driven insane by the mournlands. Also a Helm Horror or two wouldn't hurt (its in one of the MM right now head hurts but I can look up which one later) they could be created by the mournland

use your imagination no monster is beyond use. Krakens mutated where they can breath air and float but still have the same or similar abilities as before. The ways of Magic have no rules nor laws they have to follows all such things are merely mortals trying to understand the ways of magic. Also as a nasty surprise monsters such as goblins with a few "upgrades".

As for challenges you could have the city become a giant labyrinth or be filled with various areas that are similar to puzzles you find in video games.

As for appearance like Talae said the 1001 Mournland Horrors will be a excellent source of things to gross out, frighten the pants off, and in general creep out any adventurer.
