| #1thaliostFeb 13, 2009 20:24:18 | So my players are advancing towards level 12 and it is the time that they should face the followers of a rakshasa rajah, if not six. The problem is that I only know two of the rakshasa rajah's names, one is Sul Katesh, mentioned in City of Stormreach, and the other from Secrets of Sarlona, the name of whom I can't recall exactly at this point. So my question is, where can I find the other rajah's names? Thanks for any help in advance. |
| #2RedRiderFeb 13, 2009 20:54:14 | You can find (More than) a few in Keith's article on the Lords of Dust in Dragon #337. About five or so. Oh and Tiamat. Tiamat's a Rajah, imprisoned in Argonnosen. Or of course you could make up your own. |

| #5saint_matthewFeb 15, 2009 2:21:33 | Personally i have my own Rajah. A renegade rajah from the "Lords of Dust" who was trapped in a dragonshard for his uncontrolable personality, by the Lords of Dust. His name is Asher’ Khan he is also known as "The Ash-Lord" when he wears his all encompassing magical armour (a necessity, since he lost much of his powers over a century of being trapped). Sometimes he pretends to be a human noble by the name of "Lord Ash Ir’Tanith, but he only uses this disguise as a means to an end." He's also obsessed with a part of the prophercy he believes is talking about himself. His obsession drives him a little crazy. -M |
| #6PJammaGodFeb 15, 2009 20:05:03 | Again like St Matt I have a whole slew of Lords of Dust to be let loose as well as those that are defined and catagorised within the various Eberron books. Oh and Levistus is mentioned in Players Guide to Eberron (pg 67, check the box down the bottom) as another Overlord, which briefly escaped before being reimprisoned. |
| #7thaliostFeb 21, 2009 16:55:00 | Thank you all. These suggestions are all greatly helpful. I did find a bunch of rajahs to make use of in the Dungeon mag, special thanks to RedRider! |
| #8Montonius1Feb 21, 2009 22:49:04 | There is an entire appendix in the Grand History of Eberron which lays out the name and what is known about all of the rakshasa rajahs revealed so far. Download it here: The Grand History of Eberron.pdf |
| #9GiloFeb 21, 2009 22:53:02 | you can use my Iceberg imprisoned Rajah Have Ral Tulkesh (The Rage of War) imprisoned in a floating Iceberg (the Iceberg may have been once part of an ice shelf in the Tashana Tundra or Frostfell but its now detached). |
| #10neofish7Feb 22, 2009 0:40:45 | Does anyone remember the name of the Rajah Mr. Baker was the cause of afflicted lycans being able to infect people? it was one of the major reasons why the purge started. Is there a link to that super old thread? |
| #11shady314Feb 22, 2009 3:22:58 | May I also suggest just sticking with the title? Who cares if the Overlord's real name is Sul Khatesh? The Keeper of Secrets is a million times more ominous, descriptive and just plain cool and that should be what their followers call them. |
| #12thaliostFeb 26, 2009 21:39:44 | Montonius1, thanks a lot for the grand history, I'll start looking at it. Thanks for all the replies. You guys are really helping me a lot! :D |
