#1 shikenkan Sep 25, 2013 13:59:43	I have been desperately trying to find stats for drugs in both the EPG and ECG but I can't find them, though I swear I once find something like stats for harmful substances with keywords such as "addictive". Please can someone inform me as to what book and page I can find these in.  Thank you
#2 EnderXenocide0 Sep 25, 2013 21:10:21	Sharn, City of Towers pages 159-161 contains stats for Absentia, Dragon's Blood, and Dreamlily. Secrets of Sarlona page 138 reprints Dreamlily and also has Icewild Lichen Paste.

#4 StrikerGreen Oct 01, 2013 7:50:49	updating to 4E isn't that tough. Maybe take a look at some existing poisons in 4E and then use some of those rules for the substances? Dragon's Blood and Dream Lily are the best known illicit substances in Eberron.
