| #3GiloNov 02, 2008 6:24:28 | Fry is a House Orion messenger from pre-Galifar time. One day while making a delivery he unknowingly stumble upon a Quori Eldritch Machine that puts him in a magical sleep for 1000 years. He wakes up in the city of Sharn in the year 998YK and while traveling the lower parts of the city he befriends a lord of blades groupie - a warforged named Bender and a one-eyed woman named Leela (which is later revealed as a half-Daelkyr from an aberrant family hiding below the city sewers). Together they help him locate his closest living relative an old Morgrave University professor named Farnsworth which offers them a job as delivery crew of an elemental airship. The delivery crew also consists of the ship's physician the Illithid Dr. Zoidberg and a 37th level bureaucrat gnome (originally from the Lhazaar Principalities) named Hermes. A day in a life of a crew member will usually start with Prof. Farnswoth saying "Good news, everyone!" frequently followed by a semi-suicidal mission - like: deliver a can of oil of the Lord of Blades in the Mournland or bring this teddy bear back to Erandis d'Vol. |

| #5FireclaveNov 02, 2008 18:41:36 | There's an orc with a pie. A truely delcious and dangerous pie. So delicious that, if eaten, it could unravel the very fabric of the universe. |
| #6sgtsquimNov 02, 2008 21:45:48 | hahaha no |
| #7OgiwanNov 06, 2008 9:57:35 | Ok, 3-4 plus you, 3.5, and Eberron. Do they like intrigue? Exploration? Romance? Pulp? Heroics? Will you put them up against a succession of minor baddies? Will there be one big bad evil guy who the PCs are trying to stop? Is the goal global domination, global destruction, a rise to power, what? We need information about your style, and the things your players like. |
| #8sgtsquimNov 06, 2008 19:37:14 | if it has gold it must die. thats their motive. i'm looking for help in the ideas of trying to "kill" them. its kinda horror/kill everything with gold/ and escape the silver knights. the group is a swashbuckeler wizard and a deathknight. (all forms of evil) the other 2 ppl that show up sometimes are a cleric (LE) and a swordsage(NE) |
| #9GiloNov 07, 2008 4:14:23 | The PCs get into trouble with the local law-representatives (city guards, local militia etc) over some minor issue, but before things get ugly - a stranger intervenes on there behalf and smooths things with the locals (if the PCs are perceptive they will notice he used bribes and/or the mentioning of high ranking officials). The stranger (a lawyer - human/gnome/dwarf which seems to know allot about the PCs past) represents a wealthy individual which wish to remain anonymous (a member of the Aurum). he offers the PCs great sums of gold if they will undertake a task for his employer: He wishes them to robe (tho he will use words like retrieve/acquire) an item which is going to be transported in a few days from Flamekeep (Thrane) to Korranberg (Zilargo) in an Orien lightning rail coach. he gives no information on the item itself - only that it will be inside a sealed silver casing with the symbol of the silver flame on it sides and will be heavily guarded by knights templar from the church of the Silver Flame. The robbery can be further complicated: * the silver casing is actually a vault warforged. * after the robbery they find out that a bounty was placed on there heads along with there Identikit/descriptions in the Korranberg Chronicle. * during the robbery the train changes its destination and rides an old set of tracks into the Mournland. * there is more then one group of robbers on the train (or on there way to the train) trying to get the item. * the information that the item was transported on the train was a red herring (tho there is a secure train couch with silver flame knights on this train). The item itself is not transported via the train but by some other means (ship/airship/caravan). |

The item itself is not transported via the train but by some other means (ship/airship/caravan). Or they find out that the item was already transported the week before. This is a decoy, and the real item is already safe in Korranberg. |
| #11goblin_prideNov 08, 2008 7:36:54 | i'm looking for help in the ideas of trying to "kill" them. 9th level and 3.5? PM me your address and I'll stat up a Dhakaani infiltrator and come over so you can play a rousing game of "Dude, where's my crown?" with them. Korranberg sounds like a gas, wonder what trouble I can get them into? |

Thanks, -------------------------------------------------------------------------- [The Planet Express crew ends up in a fantasy planet and Leela has transformed into a centaur] Turanga Leela: Oh, Lord, I'm half horse and half naked! -Futurama: Bender's Game movie |
