No EPG in Australia until July

Jun 16, 2009 17:35:54 Both my FLGS said that the release has been delayed until July. Which seemed weird given that nothing on the D&D website indicated as such... So is it just a local thing? I can't find anything else about it online. What's the go with Eberron in Australia? I was really looking forward to picking up the book so one of my players can start building his artificer.

It might be a shipping error in Australia. I got mine Today too. Popped in at my FLGS on my way to work and bought it before they were officially open. Nice guys.

Jun 17, 2009 3:11:09 I placed an order with Barnes and Noble online. My EPG will still arrive faster than waiting for my local stores to stock it... Disappointing because I like trying to support my local store. I think I'll just buy online from now on, though...

I used to purchase online regularly when the AUS$ was strong, but it's now slightly cheaper to buy locally. The exchange rate seems to have recovered a little now, though, so it's only marginally more expensive to buy online and I get delivery to my door.

Cheapest I can find within driving distance is $40 which actually seems somewhat reasonable. Y'know, I really just can't keep track of my FLGS. First they gouge us with Monster Manual 2 (wanted $50 when most stores seemed to be looking for around $40), then they offer us a decent price for the Eberron book. It's impossible to try to guess what they're going to charge.

Apparantely Amazon posted my copy of the EPG 2 days back. So hopefully should get it early next month. Looking forward to it.

Is is just me or has Wizards really pumped up the production schedule of late? My Amazon order list is 7 books long!

(Probably not Victoria; I hear MilSims does very excellent prices on this kind fo stuff.)

NSW and MilSims does appear to be quite good about it. Although I'll also point out my FLGS actually did put out EPG for a reasonable rate. Assuming they got it of course.
