No More Warforged?!

Apr 01, 2009 13:04:11 Okay! Even though I agree with the developers that Warforged have become "too core" I can't imagine what they will be replacing the race with!

I, too, feel the sting every time I see a Warforged character that doesn't know where Breland is, but I think that the Eberron community will feel the sting of their absence more than they will sense the wrongness of those FR thieves!

I guess it fits the bill. We should have seen this coming since they announced that the Mournland will be removed because it is now called "Spell plague" and, therefore, not noir enough.

Don't get me wrong! I look forward to the new noir-ness of Eberron, but who else is gonna fight the Last War? People?

I still plan on making a Warforged in Eberron, even if it doesn't fit anymore; I'll just say he was built by some awakened Oak Tree.

What do you think will be the newest noir race?

Since the OP already admitted to the prankish nature of the thread, and KB is personally working on the ECG, I wouldn't bet that the warforged won't be there. Unless, of course, you're playing along with the prank...in which case, cool.

Now...I do dislike the notion of FR having warforged. Not because I like FR, I hate it. I just don't want FR to get anything good from Eberron.

Warforged will be in Eberron though. No doubts about that at all.

Then we should at least get Elminister and Drist. Because they are so dreamy... hmmm maybe they cold work for the dreaming dark. And then we should get some red wizards that really don't like anything or anyone or something something....

Dreaming Dark...probably not. The Quori are too cool for anything from FR. Maybe the Lord of Dust or the Daelkyr...they'll take anybody. Heck, if the Daelkyr can't take 'em, they'll make 'em...sort of...

Oooh...now that I think of it...maybe I can play an Inspired this time!
