Hit: recover only half the surges you should have from your extended rest. < > “You find yourself unable to relax and dream without dreamlily.” Target must use dreamlily to gain the benefits of an extended rest. < > “The dreams call. Better to dream than live this reality.” Target spends twice as long to gain the benefit of an extended rest. –2 to Will defense.
