One of the design concepts for traits is that they all fall into different categories, which are usually equal in power. Campaign traits, however, are purposely slightly better than half a feat to incentivize players into taking them, and therefore tying their background to the campaign world. Campaign traits are usually meant to be based around a singular specific storyline the DM has cooked up, but I took the opportunity in my Pathfinder game to make campaign traits that applied to the world of Eberron at large. Although the below traits are broken up into subsections, a player character can still usually select only one campaign trait.
Dragonmarked TraitsThe following traits are special campaign traits that allow you to start the game with a dragonmark. If you select one these traits, it counts as two of your available traits. Thus, if you do not select a drawback, you may not select another trait. As an exception to the normal trait rules, you can select another campaign trait if you select a Dragonmarked trait and a drawback. Show Dragonmarked: You belong to an established Dragonmarked House and you gain the Least Dragonmark feat as a bonus feat. You must meet the prerequisites for this feat (i.e. be of the appropriate race and family for the House to which the Dragonmark is attributed). Aberrant Mark: By some twist of fate or mixed true dragonmark parentage, you have been marked by Khyber. You gain the Aberrant Dragonmark feat as a bonus feat. |

You may choose two traits (not certain it was two), they grant a small bonus to something your character does, mostly a +1 to two skills and gives you a bit of a background info for having those bonuses. These were the inspiration for the national traits that were in 5 nations I would believe.
Please post what you create btw, I would love to have some more inspiration from other "Eberronians."
