| #1peanut69Apr 26, 2008 13:59:55 | In my campaign, one of the players has acquired the item of legacy Scarab of Aradros. This item requires that the user have the ability to cast 2nd level arcane spells. The user that has acquired it is an artificer. The argument they are using is that they have "Use Magic Device" which allows me to Emulate a Class Feature, and they can do infusions that mimic some 2nd level arcane spells. Does this make sense? Should they be eligible for using the item of legacy then? Thanks in advance |
