At first I thought that these stats adequately modeled the Eberron fluff of the Talanta Tangat, which is described as a curved blade (like a scimitars) mounted on a short haft. But then I got to thinking, did you envision halflings being able to use tangat's one handed? I mean, they obviously can when they are riding their mounts (many pictures show this), but what about when they are not mounted? Wouldn't the length of the haft be a little unwieldy for one handed use without the aid of a mount? Just wondering what your opinion is (from a purely fluff perspective, not a mechanical balance perspective). |

Having used a short-hafted glaive along with a shield, I know that it's possible to do so; you just hold it and use it in a different manner. So purely fluffwise, I'm fine with it. If you wanted to get really technical, I'd want to make it "extra versatile on foot" - and somehow change its stats so that while you could use it one handed, there was a greater benefit to using it two handed (since right now it's not THAT appealing to do so).
