Roanapur?

Sep 01, 2010 20:54:36		So, been watching me some of the new Black Lagoon, and rekindled the idea of stuffing Roanapur into Eberron. The tough decision, do i put it in the principalities, or is it simply just another name for stormreach, perhaps amongst the kobolds or kobolds?

That said, considering Roanapur has an EXTREMELY corrupt police force, is rampant with pickpockets and criminal gangs (Tri-Ads, Hotel Moscow, the Colombians, etc), Roanapur is more like Sharn than any other place, especially since the city has a few criminal gangs already with a police force that screams "I'm bought and paid for".

   Stomreach has loads of criminal gangs, corrupt watchmen, mercs, pirates too... and waterfront property.
