I'm looking for any and all information related to Xen'drik & Stormreach, as I plan on a long term campaign in the area, and I would greatly appreciate anything you guys may have to help out, such as an specific articles or things I should check out, or perhaps even personal experience of running such a campaign.

Also, I'm looking for players!

Our group, which initially was 5 members, dropped to 3, possibly 2 depending on our player from Australia's timing.

I'm open to new and experienced players, all ages welcome.

Games will most likely take place on Thursday evenings, around 9 pm, EST.

Our current Players consist of:

A Halfling Warlock|Paladin, Defender, with a secondary Striker role
A Revenant Tiefling Warlock, Striker with Whip Training
A Deva Avenger|Assassin, Striker (Our Aussie friend, who may not be able to make game timing)

So pretty much, we're in need of major party help.

We'll be using Skype for communication and either GameTable or MapTools for the mapwork. There's also a forum type campaign organizer over on iPlay4E, so that'll help a lot too.

Anyone interested, please let me know!

Cheers!

I've never run in Xen'Drik, so unfortunately I can't help much there. I am, however, running an Eberron MapTool game myself at the moment, and have some experience (as well as maps and tokens) that I'd be more than willing to share.

The old 3.5 stuff? Yeah, but they don't have any copies @ Barnes & Noble around here.

That'd be a huge help, can you add me on Skype as well?

I'm assuming this is 4.0

So, what, if anything, would I need to download or sign up for in order to play? It looks like with so many strikers you could use either a tank or a nicely healy artificer.

It sounds like you have already played MapTool a bit, but I strongly recommend you look at Rumble's 4E framework (if you haven't already). It's worked great for me so far, and I could give you pointers in getting started if you like. It would also mean you could use my tokens and powers that I've created, so that would save you some prep time.

If you have any networking problems, try hamachi. It creates a virtual network that allows you to circumvent common router and firewall issues.

Skype works, as does ventrilo, I simply prefer the latter because of tradition (and supposedly shorter lag times, but I live in Denver so I have to deal with lag no matter what :P).

I added you on skype, we'll chat some time.

I posted up some of my maps, which are really mostly things I've borrowed from wizards with a few originals thrown in. Thought I'd post it here for you to look at.

@ Crafty, no downloads needed other than GameTable (a simplified version of MapTools) and of course Skype if you don't have it.

You shouldn't need Hamachi, as one of our players actually hosts the  map on GameTable with port forewarding, so we don't need Hamachi to network.

@Zero: talk to you soon!

PS, here's the updated party:

Human Warlord - Leader
Halfling Paladin (MC Warlock) - Defender/ secondary Striker
Revenant Tiefling Warlock - Striker
Gnoll Bleak Disciple Assassin - Striker
Tiefling Wizard - Controller

You don't need it, but it's optional.

Updated party roster:

Human Warlord - Leader
Halfling Paladin (MC Warlock) - Defender/ secondary Striker
Revenant Tiefling Warlock - Striker
Gnoll Bleak Disciple Assassin - Striker
Tiefling Wizard - Controller

I'm redoing the group, since some of the  players were from their own at-home group & decided they wanted to not be team players and actually participate with the whole group, so they got the boot.

We need a Striker, and Defender for sure, with the possibility of a second of either of those roles, or a Heal-bot of some  sort for the 5th man.

Slots are open!

Anyone else interested?

Also,  the Tiefling Controller may end up being a Drow Rogue Striker, nothing's set in stone yet, should get a definite tonight.
