| #1the_rooster_17Oct 17, 2008 23:02:29 | This may have already been asked, and if so I am sorry. Is anyone running the Scales of War series out of Dungeon Magazine? If so, then where are you basing it out of? The Shadow Marches seems like a natural fit because of the Orcs but I have only briefly read over the synopsis of each adventure. Thanks for any information! Ian |
| #2GiloOct 18, 2008 5:06:02 | There was some talk about it here: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1082624 The mentioned: eastern Breland (near the Darguun border) and the Mror Holds as possible sites. |
| #3GiloOct 19, 2008 15:04:24 | adamenfuego mentioned he was running the Scales of War series in in Sarlona 1,500 years before the present day. (so that's 300 AT / -200 Unity / -502 YK) |
| #4the_rooster_17Oct 19, 2008 23:08:26 | Nice, thanks for the information! I have been reading over the adventures and am eager to play but I am in Iraq now so I suppose I will just read the books and learn the system. I have not really had time to sit at a table and play D&D since 1997-98 before I joined the Army; I have played since 1989 so all my experience playing was in 2nd Ed. but I have all the books from 3.5 and so far 4 Ed. so I stay with the current rules. I suspect that by the time I get back Eberron will be out and they may have an adventure path as well. Thanks again! Ian |

| #6XuubJun 09, 2009 7:18:49 | I started a wiki about Scales of War in Eberron it's here: http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/scales-of-eberron I set it in the west of Breland on the border to Droaam. I'm starting to include more and more info, mostly pilfered from other people, but I'm putting it all together into an Eberron version. |
