Aug 14, 2008 11:37:19 So I was wondering, when City of Stormreach came out, I thought I remember them saying that there would be an update to 4E for it once 4E actually came out. So far I haven't seen anything for this and was wondering if anyone else knew anything about it.

Am I just senile and thinking crazy or was there something about it being updated? If so, is it like I thought, as in when 4E came out or soon after, or is this something I will have to wait till 2009 and Eberron main stuff starts to show up? Any help would be appreciated.

Both Dragons of Eberron and City of Stormreach ALSO have the "see more at D&D Insider" Icon on them but Dragon of Eberron has no statement to the Compatibility or the Promise of an update with it like City of Stormreach did...

I saw that ... but did it mean the conversion guide was turned over to R&D in February of 2008 and they're still working on it? or does it mean they just turned it over to R&D and they've only begun working on it?

It means that the book came out in Feb 2008. It also means that the conversion guide is done design and has been turned over to development.

Aug 18, 2008 7:54:47 Considering Dragons of Eberron had about two pages of actual rules, and Stormreach about twice that, I can't imagine what's taking so long. The only other bits would be the monsters, but then, those are supposed to be simple to make in 4th ed. So they say.

Considering Dragons of Eberron had about two pages of actual rules, and Stormreach about twice that, I can't imagine what's taking so long. The only other bits would be the monsters, but then, those are supposed to be simple to make in 4th ed. So they say.

I'm guessing most of it would consist of updating PC's (monsters really are easy), and I'm betting it isn't really a top priority so due to the second fact it is probably why it is taking so long.
