May 24, 2008 0:26:41 This may sound like a noob question, but were the giants of ancient xendrik evil? Like, I know they were highly advanced magically, and they build huge cities, but did they like try to assassinate each other like the drow of FR, or did they only hate other races or what?

May 24, 2008 3:49:37 The giants of Xen'drik had as varied cultures and nations as the humans of Khorvaire do now. Some were evil, some were good, some were neutral.

The Sul'at League, for example, were evil. They made pacts with devils to become the first fire giants. I can't remember any of the other cultures off the top of my head, though.

Secrets of Xen'drik and City of Stormreach are the best places to look.

The Sul'at League are detailed in SoX, pg53.

As far as modern giants go, the Battalion of Basalt Towers, Giants of Rusheme and Dominion of Purity are detailed in Stormreach.
