What basicly happens is as it starts to be used the power pools in the hands and the hands start to glow black and if more power is used the arms start to glow. In order to use the power the person need to touch the person they want to kill. The mark does not kill them with the frist touch but it moves thought the body and then it get to the heart the power stops it. This can not be taken as fact becaues even in th book people do not know if it is the Mark of Death. It does look like a true dragonmark but no one has seen it for 100 of years and the ones that have seen a Death mark it was Vol's mark and they do not look the same. all thought i am new to Eberron i have done alot of looking around and i have not seen anything saying that the book can be taken as fact, which is hard for me for the only things i have are the novels themselves. |
