I've mentioned Atlas Games's Crime and Punishment by Keith Baker as a valuable resource to a [v3.5] Eberron campaign, even more so for a campaign set in Sharn. Well, the open game content is now available in the Grand OGL Wiki.

From what I have seen so far, interesting stuff. I also got a hold of the Dynasties and Demagogues supplement mentioned at the OGL Wiki. This would also prove a helpful resource for Eberron, considering the various forms of political intrigue likely to occur among a group of nations just coming out of a 100 year civil war.

I never actually read Dynasties and Demagogues. I've never really gotten into the political intrigue myself. I'm more of an action and adventure type of guy.

That's all right. I just that government and politics, and law enforcement kind of went together in certain ways. Just an idea is all. Plus Dynasties and Demagogues has a rather humorous section on putting bureaucracy into the game. Complete with needlessly confusing and complex rules and mechanics!
