Player's Handbook pg 289: Under Minor Actions "Draw or sheathe a weapon" Seems all perfectly legal to me, he wants to sheathe a weapon in his arm, cool, its got style, he draws it with a minor action, just like if it was on his hip. You sir are good to go. |
