#1 Flopfoot Sep 08, 2009 19:57:11	My DM is starting to run a campaign in Eberron and wants me to draw my warforged's "rune". Apparently all warforged have one. I don't have races of Eberron, so I was wondering if anyone can tell me what these runes are about. What they mean, how they get them, and how they usually look?
#2 angelus_obscura Sep 08, 2009 20:41:48	Ah yes, the ghulra. A dwarven word for "truth", it is to a warforged what a fingerprint is to a human. That's about it really, lol. Here's the link to the dragonshards article that explains this sigil.
#3 Nerpherder Sep 08, 2009 20:45:03	The mark is called a Ghulra, which is Dwarven for "Truth."  In the setting no one knows what they mean or where they come from, when the first free willed warforged walked out of the creation forge they had one.  Each warforged has a diffrent symbol, much like people an finger prints. -Nerp
#4 ChrisTheS Sep 09, 2009 16:39:04	Most of the ones depicted so far have had a general resemblance to Hebrew letters (as one would expect, given that it's an obvious reference to the story of the original Golem). Omniglot.com is a good source for weird glyphs, if you want inspiration.
