Where can you find gladiatorial arenas?

Outside of the Great Crag, are there many arenas to be found in Eberron? It would seem like there should be, considering that the festival to Dol Dorn involves such games, but I can't remember any from the campaign guide (except in Aerenal, which is a little out of the way for the campaign I'm running). Any suggestions as to where gladiatorial combat fits into the world of Eberron?

There are some famous ones mentioned in books and articles:

- The Red Ring in Stormreach
- Graywall has a large one too
- Metrol had an arena
- Ka’rhashan (Q'Barra)
- Taer Valaestas (Valenar)

In the Dragon Below novel series it is hinted that there are illegal gladiator arenas in Sharn. I know the novels are not canon, but the presence of those in Sharn makes sense. Although, whether they are more like illegal boxing rings or more serious is up to the DM of course ;)

The first rule of the Sharn Gladiation League is you do not talk about the Sharn Gladiation League...

For this discussion, it might help if "gladiator arena" were defined. Aundair, for instance, has a reputation for first rate fencers-- but would exhibition bouts count as gladiatory combat? And Karrnath undoubtedly has military parades and contests-- but would they take place in an arena? I'm sure there's got to be some sort of "sports" venue common to all the Five Nations thanks to centuries of Galifaran unity... I'm just not sure what form those venues would take.

I'm pretty sure jousting is cannon as a popular Galifarian sport, with Sharn putting its own unique spin on it and have a few arena-towers dedicated to Sky Jousting.

There are definitely games of Six Stones happening in the Cogs in Sharn, so there are probably other illegal arenas down there too.
