#1 elrodian May 06, 2008 16:02:11	so i have a going thought this story were they 3 PC have this ancient Elven book that they can not read becaues it is to old that no one has seen the texts before but they do find out that is has all the spells the Elven had when they flee to Aerenal. They find out that the Vol want the book becaues she thinks that the spell of the The Qabalrin. They go to Aerenal to get more info on the book, study the book itself and to stay safe form Vol. At the point i am at the main PC is going to talk to the person who last saw Vol then to her ansestor that wrote the only book about the house Vol that did not get distroyed and is one of the olddest Elves on the undying Court. But i do not know where to go after this. Should i A) Vol uses the elves of Farlnen (where 2 of the 3 people, that have been leading the attack on the PC and have been rivals with the gorup seen they meet in the Twelve, are form) Attack Aerenal and the Group with need to get out beacues Vol is get alot of ground, (with the help of the undying Court B) they Learn Why vol wants the book and goes out and see if they can take out some need point of the blood of Vol that she needs to foces her on them so the group has time work on the book but i wnat to know what you guys think or if u have some that u think will work better. #2 saxaholic May 17, 2008 18:38:18	I hate seeing a thread - especially a campaign concept thread - without a reply. In this case I'll bet it is because the post is hard to read. I know writing isn't everyone's strong suit (especially with ESL posters), but next time you might want to take a second to read through what you write and proof it. Just offering advice, no insult intended. Vol isn't the type to go marching against a nation directly, and if she did so, a nation like Karrnath might step in to prevent her from gaining any more power. If Vol did attack, she would strike viciously and secretly. Her agents might scour Arenal, however, upon learning the book is there. I would leave it at that. If the PCs are interested in researching the book, let them, and give them pieces of information that will let them prevent (or utilize) the spells in the book. If the PCs want to go after Vol, they can do that. If the PCs aren't very strong, they might want to give the book to an organization of their choice, which in turn might uncover things in it and send the PCs on missions accordingly.
