So, some time ago I visited my local library. I looked for some Terry Pratchett books and decided to check what else I could find. On the D&D end there were only some FR1 and DL2 books. No Eberron novels as far as I could find.
This got me thinking: How many people have similar libraries, and is there anything that could be done about this?

Hey at least you got those, all we get is standard fantasy, Terry Pratchet, Lord of the rings, Erragorn, Weel of time, and for some reason dragonlance, but in Norway, people seem to believe that Dragonlance is a bookseries and not a setting.
I've never properly visited my local library as I usually head to a bookshop when my supply of reading matter runs low, however I highly doubt that many or indeed any libraries here in the Netherlands will have a novel set in a D&D world.
Regarding getting your library to get Eberron novels, have you asked them how they acquire new books and what their policy is when determining which new books too buy? Perhaps there is some way you can speak to the person / department in charge of getting new books and suggest to them that some Eberron novels would help diversify this section of their collection. Otherwise you could always try to start a petition amongst the library members to see if there really is a demand for Eberron novels.
Libraries in NYC (Manhattan and Queens to my knowledge) carry all D&D/MtG book published so far, including Eberron, Dragonlance, FR, and Ravenloft. However, it usually takes them about 2 weeks after the release date to get the newer books. I only borrow D&D novels written by non-favorite authors. :P
We're lucky I guess. 
I haven't done an exhaustive search but the Denver Public Library has quite a number of the D&D roleplaying books as well as any of the D&D novels I've ever looked for. I used the library to check out 3.5 books that I didn't want to buy but needed to reference for certain adventures (like Frostfell or Stormwrack). I believe they have the 4th ed. books but I have them all so I haven't had the need t look.

One option is to donate some of your Eberron books to the library.
Unfortunately I'm of the opinion (and knowing how my local library operates) that if I did donate any of my 3.5e Eberron books they'd simply be neglected or farmed out as individuals to various smaller libraries rather than collated as one collection for people to access.
