3.5 Master Weapon Question

Mar 29, 2009 17:07:10		Ok im a baby newb with a baby newb question.My question is,"if I have a weapon craft skill and I wanted to create a Master Weapon,do I need to have 1/2 the amount in gold that it would cost for a master weapon?Also do i need to roll a 20 or higher? Thanks
