I like the idea, and it has all the usual properties, but I feel that in this new 4e way of thinking it will make wizards to powerful. Hm.. I'm trying to think of a way to knock it down a peg or two. You could really jack up the price I guess.

#4 naex Jul 30, 2008 21:48:17	The prices in 4e seem fixed for each level of item. I felt it was an appropriate item for Paragon tier (heir to the house). Otherwise I would set the level a bit higher. It is an overly powerful item, maybe I should make it an artifact instead.

I am thinking that would be a good property for some elven swords though. Especially the Artblade, which is due to be found again, and some of the Moonblades. Maybe another type of Kiira would make a good implement. Just call the ones above Telu'Kiira (14th and 19th lvls) and Selu'Kiira (24th and 29th lvls) and implements become plain Kiira. Oh, and as always for more info on the Elfblades, Moonblades and Kiira see Elves of Faerûn.

Well, since some of the inactive ones were changed into Starblades? in Blackstaff, there is a good chance a few are still running around the realms.
