#1 greekgeorge Dec 01, 2008 15:01:53	Hey all! Some of you people out there do amazing work in fan created 4e material. I am currently running both 4e & 3.5, but my long-standing 3.5 campaign in Forgotten Realms needs to be converted to keep it going. I based the campaign, which is roleplay and story intensive on the Elven History, especially the Elfblades of Cormanthor, and the return of Vyshaan gold elves who have been living in seclusion, per the prophecy hook of "Return of the Sons of Vyshaan". If any of you have good suggestions, advice, or have statted out some cool ideas [Vyshaan battle-magic, flying vehicles, magic weapons, etc.] or especially can give me a good stat out for the Elfblades, I would love some advice. #2 farmer42_dup Dec 01, 2008 15:17:28	This topic is probably better suited to the FR boards than the GD boards, though if it's still the way it was last time I was over in that neck of the woods it could end poorly. You might want to petition for the thread to be moved though.

And, while it's not the answer to my question, thanks for giving me something... I expect at least a few responses, but you are it, so far. Well 4th edition FR is set 100 or so years after 3.x FR. So their is no easy way for anyone to help you just move over. However a quest that has the PCs off FR for some time, in a pocket dimension that has a different time frame then FR would be interesting. You're gone for a week and return to find 100 years have passed. That alone should be enough to keep your players second guessing the setting.

#7 greekgeorge Dec 03, 2008 14:46:00	Guys, Thanks for some of the advice, but I am not brand new to D&D. I have been running a 3.5 campaign focused on FR elven history for many years now. I just wondered if anyone has statted out some of the magic items, and elven "stuff" from supplements like Myth Drannor, Lost Empires, etc. I am particularly interested in the Elfblades, kiira gems, Vyshaan battle magic (items) and perhaps, a sword from the Magic of Faerun called "One Thousand Broken Dreams".
