Have you found any information what has been happening to Hillsfar city and neighbor areas (such as tiny Elventree) in the timeline between 1374 (Zhent invasion to Hf and later to Shadowdale) and the beginning of the 4th edition FR? Are the Zhents still around and have there been any freedom fighting during the years?

Yes - they have or I think they were mostly killed by Zhent forces during the assault, which was described in "Shadowdale - the scouring of the land" package and it happened 1374. I'm just eager to know what is going to happen after that. I guess lot of things because 90+ years is plenty of time

Btw: what is the timeline of this Grand History of the Realms -product?

-Everything until the present (1375 DR), and then an extra 10 years into the future.
