Theres quite a few Living Forgotten Realms adventures that you can download but you have to be a RPGA memember or some such. Theres been a few in Dungeon Magazine. Menace of the Icy Spire, Monument of the Ancients, Gregor's Tangent, Hidden Destinies, and The Spiral Gate. I think thats all of em.

But you can easily put the H-series (Keep on the Shadowfell, Thunderspire Mountain, and i forget the 3rd adventure) into the Realms. Heck, there are even free conversions for those adventures so you can set it in the Realms. Also, Dungeon Delves is a good place to start looking for an adventure. They're small, easy 3 or 4 step scenarios that you can build a full-blown adventure from with the right imaginations and ideas. Plus it goes from level 1 - 30. And if you've got the resources, ideas can easly be plucked from older edition material such as the Champions of Valor which had 100 valorous quest ideas in the book, from stopping mad cultists hell bent on starting  a strange magical out-break (residual Spellplage effects?) among the populace of Waterdeep to Defending a city from the advances of the Zhentarim/Cult of the Dragon/Eldrith Veluthraa (sp?).
